What services do you offer?

TND Repairs LLC provides a wide range of handyman services, including plumbing repairs, electrical fixes, drywall repairs, painting, carpentry, pressure washing, and more. We also offer lawn care services as an add-on for our customers.

Do you provide free estimates?

Yes! We offer free estimates for most jobs. Simply fill out our online request form, and we'll get back to you with an estimate as soon as possible.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully insured for your protection. While there is no official handyman license required in Florida, we take great care to provide professional, high-quality service.

Do you offer emergency repair services?

Yes, we do! Emergency services are available for an additional fee. If you have an urgent issue, please call us directly for immediate assistance.

Membership & Payment

What are the benefits of your membership plans?

Our membership plans offer priority scheduling, discounted service rates, and seasonal home inspections to ensure your property stays in top shape year-round.

How do I pay my bill online?

You can easily pay your bill online by clicking the "Pay Your Bill Online" link on our website. We accept all major credit cards and digital payment options.

Do you require a deposit for services?

For larger projects, we require a 30-50% deposit before work begins. Smaller jobs are typically billed upon completion.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other online payment options. If you prefer to pay by check or cash, please let us know in advance.

What happens if I miss a payment on my membership plan?

If a payment is missed, you will receive a reminder. A late fee of 5% will be applied after 7 days. Continued non-payment may result in service suspension.

Service & Scheduling

How soon can you schedule my repair?

We aim to schedule standard repairs within 24-48 hours. For emergency repairs, we prioritize same-day service whenever possible.

Do I need to be home during the repair?

For most services, it’s best if someone is available to provide access and discuss any details. However, if you have an outdoor repair or a rental property, we can discuss alternate arrangements.

Can I reschedule or cancel an appointment?

Yes! We understand that things come up. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules to avoid a cancellation fee.

Do you provide warranties or guarantees on your work?

Yes! We stand behind our work. We offer a 30-day guarantee—if something we repaired fails due to our workmanship, we will come back and fix it free of charge.
